Exploring Salesforce and AI: My Internship Experience at Agile Networks Technologies

A perfect blend of business and tech
I am currently studying Business Informatics at ULBS – Faculty of Economic Sciences in Sibiu, a field that combines programming and accounting to open doors to careers in both industries. While I appreciate the versatility of this hybrid approach, my passion leans more toward programming, especially with the rapid advancements in AI. I’m fascinated by how AI systems work behind the scenes and would love to contribute to their improvement one day.

My journey into Salesforce at ANT
Through my university, I was assigned an internship at ANT, and I am glad I did. My time here introduced me to the world of Salesforce, where I followed a structured curriculum on Trailhead, covering everything from Salesforce administration and CRM analytics to AI skills and Flow Builder. I also had the chance to work on two hands-on projects: the Travel Approval App and the Space Station App, which reinforced my learning.

A game-changer: low-code/no-code development
One of the biggest takeaways from this internship was discovering how complex, highly automated applications can be built without writing code. This completely shifted my perspective on app development, showing me that low-code/no-code platforms can be just as powerful as traditional programming in many cases.

Learning from the best
What made this experience even better was the guidance I received from my mentors:

Rodica – Salesforce Administrator

Sorin – Salesforce Administrator & Developer

They were always supportive, approachable, and willing to answer any questions I had. Their dedication made my learning journey much smoother, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they invested in helping me grow.

Why I recommend an internship at ANT
For anyone considering an internship in the tech space, I highly recommend ANT. The friendly atmosphere, structured learning, and hands-on experience made it a valuable stepping stone in my career. This experience has only fueled my interest in automation, AI, and programming, and I’m excited to see where this path takes me next!
