As we reflect on our journey over the past five years, we’ve gained invaluable insights that have shaped who we are as a company. Each lesson has been learned through experiences, challenges, and triumphs.

Teamwork makes all the difference

We’ve learned that success isn’t just about what we can achieve individually, but what we can accomplish together. A supportive, collaborative team has been the heart of everything we’ve done, and we’re incredibly grateful for the talent and commitment each person brings to the table.

Embrace change

The world around us changes fast, and we’ve realized that the best way to stay ahead is by being adaptable. Whether it’s new technology, client needs, or unexpected challenges, being open to change and adjusting quickly has been crucial for our growth.

Build meaningful relationships with clients

We’ve learned that it’s not just about delivering a service; it’s about building real relationships. Taking the time to understand our clients’ needs, being there when they need us, and genuinely caring about their success has turned our partnerships into lasting, trusted collaborations.

Never stop learning

From day one, we’ve embraced the idea that we can always do better. Whether it’s new tools, processes, or simply learning from our mistakes, staying curious and pushing ourselves to grow has kept us on our toes and ready for whatever comes next.

Our Journey Through Client Partnerships and Projects

Looking back over the past five years, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come—and none of it would have been possible without the strong partnerships we’ve built with our clients.

Collaborations like our work with Valantic have been instrumental in shaping this journey. Together, we tackled challenges like migrating over 8 e-commerce shops, which contain more than 20 reusable extensions from SAP Commerce 6.5 to the latest versions and delivering a robust solution. Along the way, we reached significant milestones, including a seamless Cloud migration of SAP Commerce solutions, multiple upgrades across e-commerce shops, (frameworks, core payments, different web services upgrades, and more) and establishing a self-sufficient team capable of addressing all project and client needs.

Equally important, our collaboration with Vimetco on the End-to-End Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation gave us a chance to innovate and deliver impactful results. The project wasn’t without its difficulties, as we navigated a complex manufacturing product catalog with dynamic attributes, a detailed and intricate sales process, and a strong focus on automating tasks to reduce manual work for the sales team. Despite these challenges, we launched the solution in approximately four months, integrating seamlessly with SAP ERP, creating mechanisms to enhance sales team productivity, and providing onsite training to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.

Through teamwork, dedication, and a shared belief in our mission, we turned challenges into opportunities. These experiences have not only made us stronger but have highlighted the talent and passion of our team in ANT.

When it comes to SAP, our priority has been helping businesses run smarter and more efficiently. By designing and delivering enterprise solutions tailored to their needs, we’ve enabled our clients to achieve significant improvements. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see these solutions become game-changers for the organizations we work with.

In Salesforce, we’ve focused on creating innovative ways for businesses to connect with their customers. From developing tailored CRM systems to implementing advanced marketing and sales tools, we’ve been part of projects that have transformed how our clients engage with their audiences and drive growth.

Next, Integrations have been key to bringing it all together. We’ve tackled the complexities of connecting different systems and data, ensuring seamless operations. Whether it’s SAP, Salesforce, or other platforms, we’ve created solutions that simplify workflows and enable businesses to function more cohesively.

And with Custom CX Solutions, we’ve delivered tailored customer experience solutions that enhance engagement and satisfaction, ensuring clients are equipped with the right tools to drive lasting relationships and loyalty.

Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far ANT has come in these areas. They’ve pushed us to innovate, collaborate, and solve real challenges for our clients.

The Roadmap

2020

Laying the Foundation

2020 was all about building the foundation of our team—the core group that drives ANT today. From the start, we prioritized creating a strong Leadership Team, developed a roadmap for the future, and implemented a professional management system. By the end of the year, we had those processes certified under ISO 9001 with TÜV Süd, giving us a solid platform to build and grow upon.

Building Client Relationships

In 2021, we focused on building lasting client relationships. We implemented two key systems: a Sales Engine to attract new clients and an Account Management system to deliver ongoing value to existing ones. These initiatives laid the foundation for a steady, sustainable business.

2022

Driving Sustainability

In 2022, our focus was on sustainability and steady growth to cover management costs and recoup initial investments. Securing an R&D fund from the German government strengthened our financial position, allowing us to move beyond “investment mode” and focus on the future.

Overcoming Challenges

2023 was expected to be our scaling year, but global challenges, including the post-pandemic effects and a recession, made it difficult. Despite this, ANT continued to grow. Thanks to the unity of our Leadership Team and the dedication of our colleagues, we stayed focused on delivering high-quality work and retained key clients in a shrinking market.

Investing in Community

In 2024, our focus is on community. We’re investing in our people through professional development, training, and personal growth initiatives. We’re also expanding our external engagement with local communities, through university partnerships, IT cluster events, and connecting with local manufacturers.

Agile Networks Technologies — Next Chapter

With the next chapter of ANT’s evolution, we are announcing a significant shift in our leadership team.

Our CEO, Jürgen Samuel, and CFO, Cătălin Pitiș, will transition into strategic advisor roles as Board members, continuing to offer their valuable guidance through their vision and extensive expertise. Their executive responsibilities will be handed over to Alpár Katona and Cătălin Mihacea, who will step into the roles of Co-CEOs. Together with our Leadership team, they will continue to guide ANT into its next phase of growth and innovation.

This evolution reflects our commitment to staying true to our core values while embracing the future. We are confident that ANT will continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients and partners.
