Collection of Personal Data
We collect the following categories of Personal Data:
Basic Data: Name, title, company, size of your company, office location, job responsibilities, phone number, mailing address, and email address.
Job Applicant Data: Data provided by applying to our job openings/internships or others on our Website, LinkedIn, other online platforms (where we Agile Networks Technologies advertise our job opening), direct application on email@example.com or offline means in connection with employment opportunities.
Marketing Data: Data about individual participation in trade shows and conferences, credentials, associations, services you are interested in, and preferences.
Registration Data: Newsletter/brochure requests/whitepaper, service preferences, company-hosted or sponsored event attendance, downloads, and username/passwords.

In general, it is possible to use our website, without registering. Even if you use our website without registering, personal data can still be processed. Google Analytics allow us to analyse data in aggregate, we do not collect or store any personal information in Google Analytics. To better engage with the public in ongoing dialog, we use certain third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub and LinkedIn. These third-party websites and applications are web-based technologies that are not exclusively operated or controlled by us. Storage and duration of your Personal Data
We store and process your personal data in the EU/European Economic Area (“EEA”). Agile Networks Technologies is storing your personal data only for the length of time necessary to fulfil the intended purposes, or – in the case of consent – until you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent to process your personal data, we will delete it unless relevant legal provisions stipulate that it can be processed further. We will also delete your personal data if we are obliged to do so for other legal reasons. If you are a partner, customer, or prospect, we keep the information for the duration of our relationship. Due to the possibility of long sales cycles, one never knows when a potential client will re-engage with Agile Networks Technologies and having the background and history of the contracting party will assist Agile Networks Technologies in providing a better service. If you are an applicant, we keep the information until the open role is filled in plus one year. When that period is over, we will either delete your information or inform you that we intend to retain it for consideration for future opportunities.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not knowingly or intentionally collect sensitive personal information (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic information, biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, information concerning health or information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation) from individuals, and you must not submit sensitive personal information to us.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. Agile Networks Technologies does not knowingly collect any personal data from persons under the age of 16 and will immediately delete any such data subsequently so determined. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact our support services.
