Not only did the trainer have excellent communication skills in German, but he also had a rare ability to empathize with different types of stakeholders and see things from their point of view. This approach significantly improved the effectiveness of the training, and as a result, the solution adoption ran smoothly. His training was supplemented by real-world scenarios and examples, which enabled the team to understand how they could apply their new skillset in daily operations as well.
